Bougie Fluff® is the creation of Kim Otis, founder of KLO Events. In 2021, while designing an event, Kim wanted to book a cotton candy cart, but couldn’t find one that matched the style and aesthetic she was looking for. Inspired by her love of pink and all things bougie, she teamed up with her daughter, Taylor, and fast-forward two years later – Bougie Fluff was born. We’ve added a luxe and whimsical spin to a classic childhood treat. This is not carnival-style cotton candy.

We proudly serve the San Francisco Bay Area, including Napa, San Francisco, Santa Clara, Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Mateo, and Solano counties, as well as portions of Sonoma County. If your event falls outside our service area, please contact us to discuss availability.
A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to officially reserve your event date. Once both have been received, your date is secured and we can begin planning your Bougie Fluff experience.
Yes, Bougie Fluff carries $2 million in general liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) upon request.
